Founder-Led Recruitment
Meet Liam Wetherfield
Managing Director
Wetherfield Recruitment is intentionally founder-led. After more than 14 years in recruitment, including over eight years specialising in construction, Liam established Wetherfield Recruitment to offer clients a more direct and accountable way of recruiting.
Rather than passing vacancies between account managers, resourcers and consultants, Liam personally manages each assignment. That means the person who takes your brief is the same person representing your business to the market, speaking with candidates and managing the recruitment process.
The person who takes your brief is the person who delivers your search.
The Wetherfield Network
Built on relationships,
not transactions.
Over the years, Liam has built relationships with construction professionals across commercial, pre-construction, engineering and operations — from project-level appointments through to senior management and director-level searches.
Many of those relationships have developed over years rather than weeks.
That network, combined with targeted search and headhunting, allows Wetherfield Recruitment to reach people who may never respond to a job advert.
